The Bosch 2608612006 polishing pad is made of natural felt and is used with random orbital sanders. This soft pad, with an outer diameter of 128 mm, is optimally suited for the pre-polishing of heavily soiled or scratched surfaces. It is used in combination with polishing paste or polish, allowing for excellent polishing results on metal parts and paint/varnish coatings.
The Bosch 2608612006 felt polishing pad attaches to the backing pad of the sander using a hook-and-loop (Velcro) system. This setup ensures quick installation of a new accessory and allows for effortless replacement of a worn pad. The set includes 5 soft felt pads for high-volume polishing work.
